Naast de vaste warming up en cooling down omvatten de trainingen looptechniek, interval- en duurloop-oefeningen, zowel op harde als zachte ondergrond.<\/p><p>Het hele jaar door vinden er twee trainingen per week plaats.<\/p><ul><li>Zaterdagochtend 9:30 \u2013 11:00, start vanaf het Wasven, Celebeslaan 30, 5641 AG Eindhoven<\/li><li>Dinsdagavond 19:00 \u2013 20:30, start vanaf de parkeerplaats van tennisvereniging ELTV, Koudenhovenseweg Noord 70, 5631 AX Eindhoven<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1a15c24 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"1a15c24\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Beginnerscursussen<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8832bc5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8832bc5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Regelmatig, doorgaans in het voorjaar en najaar, organiseert Get Running beginnerscursussen, zowel voor hardlopen als voor wandelen.
