Training sessions

The training sessions at Get Running are varied and based on annual and monthly schedules, tailored to the group's level but also adaptable to individual needs and abilities. In addition to the standard warm-up and cool-down, the training includes running technique, interval and endurance exercises, on both hard and soft surfaces.

Two training sessions are held per week year-round.

  • Saturday mornings 9:30–11:00 AM, starting from Wasven, Celebeslaan 30, 5641 AG Eindhoven
  • Tuesday evenings 7:00–8:30 PM, starting from the parking lot of tennis club ELTV, Koudenhovenseweg Noord 70, 5631 AX Eindhoven

Beginners' Courses

Get Running regularly organizes beginners' courses, usually in spring and fall, for both running and walking. See the announcements on our social media.
